The event
A day when Amsterdam is the dance floor of Europe
On Saturday 6 February 2027, CanDance in Amsterdam becomes the setting for a world ballroom and Latin dance competition, with couples at amateur, pro-am and professional level. CanDance has been booked in full for the day: the main hall becomes the 12 by 25 metre parquet competition floor, the second hall stays empty so dancers can prepare in peace, and the third serves as a changing room. An internationally recognised panel of judges assesses the performances, with first aid and competition management on site.
